As an IT administrator and a psychologist, we had little clue about selling a house.  Sarah Barkstelle guided us through the entire process.  She visited our home to advise us on what we should do to get it ready to sell and discussed with us the steps involved from beginning to end.  Throughout the days leading up to listing the house through closing escrow, she provided us with excellent service and answered all of our questions.  She was so helpful in guiding us to show our home in the best light and appeal to the most number of potential buyers, and hired the best photographer who took pictures of our house we’re still getting compliments on!  She discussed with us the various options for marketing our home and was very flexible as we discussed the schedule for open houses.  Then, Sarah organized all of the offers into a format we could understand, which was incredibly helpful as in the end, there were 12 offers!  Having Sarah in our corner made this intimidating and emotional process quick and painless!
